Orders placed before 12PM CST ship the same day; those after 12PM ship the next business day. While delivery dates depend on the address and we offer UPS expedited shipping, shipping times can vary and aren't guaranteed due to factors like weather. Refunds for merchandise

Refunds are accepted within 30 days with a receipt. Without a receipt, we offer store credit if the return is within 30 days, but we cannot refund to the original credit card.

Refunds for ballons

Latex helium balloons last 8 to 11 hours, or up to 24 hours with treatment for an extra charge. We are not responsible if they don't last as advised. Mylar/foil balloons are guaranteed for 24 hours; if they deteriorate, contact us for a replacement or refund. Although they often last longer, it’s not guaranteed. For best results, get balloons for same-day events.
