Shipping Information

Orders usually process within 2 business days and ship from Winnetka, IL, not including weekends or U.S. holidays. We send tracking info when orders ship. Orders placed before 12PM CST ship the same day; those after 12PM ship the next business day. While delivery dates depend on the address and we offer UPS expedited shipping, shipping times can vary and aren't guaranteed due to factors like weather. Return Policy

Refunds for merchandise

Refunds are accepted within 30 days with a receipt. Without a receipt, we offer store credit if the return is within 30 days, but we cannot refund to the original credit card.

Refunds for ballons

Latex helium balloons last 8 to 11 hours, or up to 24 hours with treatment for an extra charge. We are not responsible if they don't last as advised. Mylar/foil balloons are guaranteed for 24 hours; if they deteriorate, contact us for a replacement or refund. Although they often last longer, it’s not guaranteed. For best results, get balloons for same-day events.

Pair them with our Floral Banner for a touch of decadance at your next gathering. Perfect for weddings and family/friends gatherings.

Simply unfold and remove the adhesive strip, and adhere both sides together. I personally like to staple them with my Tim Holtz tiny attacher, (the perfect mini stapler that you NEED in your life) for extra support. If you are planning on reusing them again you can use paper clips, so that you can fold them up again if you are limited on storage space. I use little brad nails (or push pins would work great too) and bakers twine to adjust the height of each fan on walls.
