Orders usually process within 2 business days and ship from Winnetka, IL, not including weekends or U.S. holidays. We send tracking info when orders ship. Orders placed before 12PM CST ship the same day; those after 12PM ship the next business day. While delivery dates depend on the address and we offer UPS expedited shipping, shipping times can vary and aren't guaranteed due to factors like weather. International shipping is not available currently. For expedited shipping costs, email hello@bashybash.com.

Refunds for merchandise
Refunds are accepted within 30 days with a receipt. Without a receipt, we offer store credit if the return is within 30 days, but we cannot refund to the original credit card.
Refunds for ballons
Latex helium balloons last 8 to 11 hours, or up to 24 hours with treatment for an extra charge. We are not responsible if they don't last as advised. Mylar/foil balloons are guaranteed for 24 hours; if they deteriorate, contact us for a replacement or refund. Although they often last longer, it’s not guaranteed. For best results, get balloons for same-day events.

Bring your beloved elf at the store. We place it inside the balloon with option of confetti, and we can also add any other small trinkets that you wish to put inside.
We filled it with air and put a message outside - I AM BACK - POP ME
You can finish it off by adding a holiday helium balloon to keep enjoying the fun after the balloon is popped.
