Refunds & Returns Policy

Refunds for merchandise:

We accept refunds if item is back before 30 days and with a receipt. If you don't have a receipt, and we know it has been less than 30 days we will issue a store credit. It is impossible for us to refund money to the correct credit card if we don't have the receipt number.

Refunds for balloons:

Helium balloons latex last 8 to 11 hours. If you want them to last longer, we can treatment them to last 24 hrs. An additional charge comes with that.

We are not responsible if balloons don't last longer that we are advising above.

We take responsibility of mylar/foil balloons lasting 24 hours. If you start seeing some deterioration, please contact us to replace or give you a refund. 

Usually foil/mylar balloons last longer than 24 hours, but it is not consistent and therefore I can't guarantee it. 

The best way its always to get balloons for same day event.

You can bring your own foil/mylar balloons for us to fill up with helium or use with your air balloon arrangements. Please understand that if your balloon is defective and we already fill it up, we can't reimburse you. We can't guarantee products that not purchase in our store.
