This design can be done with any color combination in an organic look.
The structure is made out of plastic
The tower is 7 ft tall + half splash balloon (3.5 ft) on the side with foil number + two large balloon pop out + 3 star
Balloon structure needs to be secure to any heavy item around or a 3M hook on the wall.
This design needs to be deliver, since pieces are put together in location. That way nothing gets damaged on transport.
